Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, the first quantity listed on a product is our minimum order quantity for that specific product. The quantity will vary depending on the product chosen.

Pricing

What is the carriage fee?
Carriage is how much it will cost to deliver the items to you. This will vary depending on the quantity, size and weight of the items.

What is the origination fee?
The origination fee is for the setting up of your design. This will vary depending on the type of branding method used.

Is VAT included?
VAT isn’t included in the price displayed on the product page, but it can be viewed by adding the items to your basket.

Artwork

What format do you need my artwork in?
We ideally need your artwork in vector format (.ai or .eps or .svg). However, if you do not have a vector file available, we can redraw this for you, for a small fee.

Will I see a visual of my items before they’re printed?
Yes, once you place your order we will be in touch with your artwork proof. We require your approval for this proof, and nothing will go to print until you are happy with how it looks.

Delivery

How long will it take to receive my items?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product and the branding method used. We will confirm expected delivery dates once you have approved your artwork proof, but please let us know in advance if your items are needed for a specific event date.
