Your role & experience:
Purple acquired a marketing company that I was a founder member of since 1999, Silk Group. The two businesses came together in May 2015 and have built on the wealth of experience bringing these organisations together.
My experience includes working with and winning tenders for TfL, Police forces, Councils & Government, Universities across the UK, along with many blue-chip corporate organisations.
I studied to degree level, Product Design and obtained a BA (Hons) in 1995. My desire and passion for well design and creative products lead me into the world of Merchandise. There is nothing I like better than supplying products that are a true match to the marketing campaign we are advertising for the client. Favourite campaigns include: the design of safety bags with special features for a national children’s organisation, eco umbrellas made from recycled plastic bags for a sustainability initiative, and most recent, an Eco friendly Lens Cloth for a global Photography Equipment supplier, the cloth is made from recycled plastic (rPET) and matches the ethos of the company perfectly.
What is your favourite promotional product?
Stainless Steel Water Bottle – The bottle is quality, keeps drinks cold all day, reusable and very eco friendly.. when I recently visited Sicily, the bottle was easy to carry around when site seeing, great handle, and kept the water cold with the 30 degree plus outside temperatures. – View Product
